FP Staging & Design’s talented lead designer, Emily Walton, has staged over 200 homes in the Middle Tennessee area. With years of experience, and an eye for color and coordination, she can make any home look shiny, new, and attractive to potential buyers!
About Me
Growing up you could always find me organizing my bedroom and color coordinating my closet. It wasn’t a chore for me, it was a joyful past time. There’s something about things looking nice that puts my mind at ease! Besides design, I love theatre, doing puzzles, and bike riding.
Inspiration
I love a good neutral color palette! White, cream, beige, gray, oh my! There’s something about soft, airy tones that makes a space feel so fresh and clean! I love to add pops of yellow or blue to a neutral space to give it personality! Adding greenery or fresh floral to a space is my favorite finishing touch.
Why I love Nashville
I love Nashville for its versatility. There’s so much character here from Broadway to Historic Franklin to Percy Warner Park. Everyone can find something they like here! Aside from the city itself, I love this town because of the people I’ve met along the way who have inspired me, taught me, and given me a reason to call Nashville “home.”
What’s the difference between a staging and a consultation?
A staging is when FP brings in all our own furnishings, artwork, and accessories to make a vacant property feel like a home! A consultation is for occupied, fully furnished properties where Emily will give professional advice on how to best present your home for photographs and showings. We do not provide any furniture or accessories, and it is up to the owner to make the changes Emily suggests once the consultation is complete.
Pricing
$250 – $300 for up to 2 hours of consultation. Payment is due at the end of the appointment. We accept checks and all major credit cards.
